Before I tell you about my trip to Germany, let me just say that if you have an opportunity to visit Germany, I highly recommend you go. Regardless of the specific things that you end up doing while you are in Germany, I can guarantee you will have an enjoyable time. Not only is Germany a fun place to visit, but it’s also a great way to get a glimpse into a culture that is probably quite different from your own.
When I went to Germany, I was lucky enough to stay there for a full ten days. Although being gone for this amount of time might make some people homesick, I stayed so busy during my time in Germany that I honestly didn’t really have any opportunities to think about what was going on at home.
In addition to being there for a full ten days, one of the other things that made my trip really great was the fact that I didn’t have to pay much for any part of my trip. I reserved my flight, hotel and rental car online as a package deal, which allowed me to save myself a significant amount of money.
