At the end of the year, I was lucky enough to get the opportunity to take a trip to Germany. My trip to Germany was actually a surprise gift from my wife. Because she gave this gift to me almost a complete month before Christmas, it came as a complete surprise, which made it an even better gift.
The trip that my wife and I took to Germany lasted for a total of eight days. During this time, we were able to do and see so many amazing things. My wife and I have always enjoyed the outdoors, so we spent a lot of our time in Germany taking part in different activities. We got the opportunity to cycle and hike through several of the most beautiful natural parks and nature parks that Germany has to offer.
Even if you aren’t big into the outdoors, you will still be able to find lots of great things to enjoy while you are in Germany. For example, when we weren’t doing an outdoor activity, we filled our time with things such as exploring different restaurants and pampering ourselves in one of the many world class spas.

I think last Christmas was one of the best holidays that I can remember in a long time. Not only did I get to spend it with almost all of my family, but my fiance gave me an amazing gift. Although I was just expecting a piece of jewelry or a new handbag, my fiance blew me away with a nine day trip to Germany! We went at the beginning of 2008, and our trip was quite amazing. Since we got to spend nine whole days in Germany, we got to do a ton of different activities. We honestly didn’t sleep much while we there, but that was by choice because there were too many other fun things that we didn’t want to miss.
Because we packed so much into our schedule, it was definitely helpful to have a rental car to use for transportation. In all honesty, I don’t think we could have gotten around and done everything that we did without having the rental car to use. I didn’t actually make our rental car reservation, but my fiance did it online, and he said that it was really easy to do (and didn’t cost much at all).

Last year, I took a two week trip to Germany. It was the most amazing trip I have ever taken in my life, and I really hope I get to visit Germany again someday (hopefully, someday will come sooner than later). There were so many great things that I got to see and experience while I was in Germany. I could fill up an entire website with all of the pictures I took while I was there, but I would probably end up paying a fortune in hosting bills. However, from the Cologne Cathedral to Brandenburg Gate, my trip was filled with a countless number of wonderful experiences.
Because I initially arrived in Frankfurt, this is the city where I picked up my rental car. As you can see from explanation of what I did above, I packed a whole lot into a two week trip. If you plan on taking a trip to Germany, I guarantee you will be able to do a lot more if you get a rental car. Not only will it greatly enhance your trip, but if you make your reservation ahead of time, it’s quite easy to pick up your rental car when you arrive in Frankfurt.
